Before someone is approved to live in our beautiful community, any applicant over the age of 17, must complete a Knollwood application ($25.00 application fee). ONLY APPLICANTS WITH AN EXCELLENT CREDIT HISTORY AND EXCELLENT CHARACTER WILL BE ACCEPTED. Each applicant is required to meet our strict criteria and understand our rules and regulations before being accepted as a resident in our community. Applications are available in the Knollwood office.
